# Usage

> See the minutes and dubs your API keys used each month, per key and per language.

`GET /usage/report` returns one month of the account's API usage. It covers every key on the account, so any of them can ask.

```bash theme={null}
curl "https://api.reedapt.com/v1/usage/report?month=2026-10" \
## How it's counted
* **Month.** Leave out `month` for this month. Months are in UTC, and a dub counts in the month it started.
* **`minutes`** are the minutes of completed dubs, once per language. That is what they cost.
* **`minutes_in_progress`** are reserved by dubs that haven't finished. They move to `minutes` when a dub completes and are returned if it fails or is cancelled.
* **Failed and cancelled dubs** are counted under `dubs.failed` and cost nothing.
* **Test keys** are free. Their dubs are counted, but never as minutes.
* **Only the API.** Dubs started in the Reedapt app aren't included. `GET /usage` shows the minutes left on the account, wherever they were used.
`keys` and `languages` are sorted by minutes, most first. The same report is in Reedapt under **Developers**, where each key shows its name.
